About the role
This role is part of the People Analytics function within Human Capital Management, focusing on using data to support talent decisions, workforce planning, reporting, compensation analysis, headcount management, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in delivering data-driven Human Capital Management solutions.
- Work with HCM stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting requirements.
- Analyze HCM data covering performance ratings, promotions, talent reviews, and compensation.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies within employee datasets.
- Clean, organize, validate, and analyze large datasets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, finance, HR analytics, consulting, or another analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with datasets.
Skills
- Data analysis, advanced Excel, basic SQL, data visualization, and reporting.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
