About the role
The Business Analyst – Inventory Reconciliation will oversee supply‑chain processes for HP’s Indian business units, analysing inventory, order fulfilment and import/export activities while creating dashboards and reports to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end supply‑chain functions such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment and shipping with minimal supervision.
- Collect demand data, compile key metrics and produce analytical reports using IT systems.
- Maintain and update management dashboards, regional reports and executive review documents.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with IT, finance and partner teams to resolve EDI variances.
- Provide training and readiness support for new hires in operational processes.
Eligibility
- Four‑year degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 0‑2 years of experience in supply‑chain, operations or a comparable field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP or Certified Professional in Supply Management.
Skills
- Data analysis and continuous improvement processes.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – especially SAP.
- Inventory control, management and material requirements planning.
- Key performance indicator tracking and lean manufacturing.
- Supply‑chain planning, warehousing and procurement knowledge.
