About the role

Standard Chartered is seeking a Data Analysis Specialist for its Bangalore office. The role involves turning large workforce datasets into reliable reports, visualisations and actionable insights that guide bank‑wide people decisions. You will build scalable analytics products, automate data workflows and ensure data quality while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
Transform complex data into clear visual insights and actionable recommendations.
Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency and control.
Maintain data quality, security and governance standards.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver on agreed timelines.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytics deliverables as an individual contributor.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data engineering concepts.
Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
Ability to analyse data, identify patterns and communicate insights effectively.
