About the role
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Developer to lead the creation and scaling of AI‑driven chatbots and low‑code solutions on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The position will be based in Pune, Noida or Bangalore and follows a hybrid work model, requiring on‑site presence several days a week.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and deliver end‑to‑end Copilot Studio chatbots and Power Platform applications.
- Define reusable conversational AI patterns, standards and governance frameworks.
- Oversee solution design reviews to ensure scalability, performance and maintainability.
- Build complex Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse models aligned with enterprise data strategy.
- Enforce security, compliance and Responsible AI policies in collaboration with governance teams.
- Mentor developers, grow Copilot SME capability and contribute to a Center of Excellence.
Eligibility
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced business environment.
- Proven hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI design, governance, security and performance optimization.
- Experience working within a Center of Excellence or shared‑services model.
