About the role

Postdot Technologies India is seeking a senior Software Engineer to join its Test Infrastructure team in Bangalore. The role focuses on designing and building large‑scale test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools to boost product quality and developer productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable test infrastructure and tooling with an engineering‑first approach.
  • Collaborate with a small, high‑impact team to enhance system reliability and developer efficiency.
  • Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for performance, cost, and feedback speed.
  • Develop internal tools that simplify testing and raise product quality.
  • Build and maintain test observability systems, including metrics dashboards and insights.
  • Promote best practices in testing, reliability, and developer experience across the organization.
