About the role
Gartner is looking for a full‑time SugarCRM Engineer to join its Sales Service and Corporate Engineering team in Gurgaon. You will design, develop, and customise SugarCRM solutions, work on API integrations, and maintain the existing codebase using PHP and MySQL.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and propose SugarCRM‑centric solutions.
- Design, prototype, develop and test custom SugarCRM features.
- Handle critical customer cases, document resolutions and ensure smooth incident handling.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional SCRUM team to enhance the platform.
- Research best practices to improve scalability, productivity and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design discussions.

Eligibility
