About the role

Q2 is looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join its Bangalore team. The position involves building, enhancing, and supporting both front‑end and back‑end components of Q2’s digital banking platform. You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment, delivering robust, scalable solutions while adhering to security and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, and test moderately complex software features.
  • Deploy and maintain solutions in production, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Provide on‑call support for critical issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Mentor peers by sharing best practices and technical guidance.
  • Follow security, privacy, and accessibility policies throughout the development lifecycle.
