Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Rapid Acceleration Partners is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to design, develop, and ship features across both the front‑end and back‑end of their RAPFlow platform. You will work with modern web technologies, integrate AI services, and collaborate closely with senior engineers to deliver reliable, production‑ready software.

Responsibilities

• Develop user‑facing components using React and TypeScript.
• Build server‑side services and APIs with Node.js and Express.
• Design and maintain databases in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Integrate LLM APIs and other AI services into workflows.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product and senior engineering teams to translate requirements into functional software.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work with AI‑assisted development tools.
