About the role

The UI Lead / UI Architect will spearhead the design and development of large‑scale React applications, driving micro‑frontend strategies and building reusable component libraries for GSPANN Technologies' multi‑city delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑level React web solutions and define UI standards.
• Lead a distributed team of developers across several cities, ensuring consistent code quality and delivery.
• Design and implement micro‑frontend patterns to enable modular development.
• Create and maintain a reusable component system for rapid UI development.
