About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate who will design, develop and maintain scalable Java‑based backend services enriched with generative and agentic AI capabilities. The role sits within the Advisory line, supporting clients in the financial services sector by turning business problems into intelligent, production‑grade solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build robust REST APIs and micro‑service architectures using Core Java.
- Integrate large language models and implement prompt engineering, RAG and vector‑based retrieval.
- Design and deliver agentic AI workflows that orchestrate AI agents and external services.
- Collaborate with product, data and AI/ML teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Apply system‑design principles and software‑architecture best practices.
- Contribute to problem‑solving, code reviews and cross‑functional communication.
