About the role
PwC is looking for a Senior Associate AI Engineer to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying generative AI solutions, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi‑agent frameworks, for enterprise clients. Candidates will work with large language models, cloud‑native services and Python‑based code to deliver production‑ready AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and launch GenAI products that meet real‑world production standards.
- Create scalable RAG pipelines and integrate graph‑based memory for enhanced LLM performance.
- Implement multi‑agent orchestration using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph or AutoGen.
- Write clean, efficient Python code and support other languages when required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Apply software‑engineering best practices, including version control, testing and CI/CD, to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Eligibility
- 4–7 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to generative AI.
- Degrees accepted: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA or MBA.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a client‑focused advisory environment.
Skills
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI and agentic AI concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud‑native deployment patterns (APIs, containers, micro‑services).
- Deep knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4, Claude 2, Gemini) and RAG architectures.
