About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate in Data Science, Engineering and Analytics to join its Advisory practice in Kolkata. The role focuses on building advanced analytics, machine‑learning and generative‑AI solutions, designing data pipelines on AWS and delivering strategic insights that help clients optimise operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement analytical, deep‑learning and machine‑learning models using Python, R and statistical tools.
  • Develop scalable, cloud‑native data pipelines on AWS to support AI/ML workflows.
  • Apply statistical and data‑mining techniques such as regression, decision trees, boosting and time‑series analysis.
  • Integrate generative‑AI platforms like OpenAI and Google Gemini into production data‑engineering pipelines.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to translate data insights into business recommendations.
