About the role
Concentrix is seeking an Analyst Forecasting/Data Scientist to develop and maintain accurate forecasts for contact‑center operations. The role involves statistical modelling, scenario testing and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and keep them up‑to‑date.
- Conduct trend, variance and scenario analyses to improve forecast accuracy.
- Build, test and refine statistical and mathematical models.
- Validate forecasts with stakeholder feedback and ensure documentation is client ready.
- Interpret contact‑center metrics and support planning discussions with data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on assumptions and updates.

Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in workforce‑management forecasting.
- Graduation degree in a relevant field.
