Data & AI Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Data & AI Solutions Specialist at Cargill will collect, process, and analyze moderately complex datasets to produce actionable insights. Working primarily with SQL and Microsoft Power Platform tools, you will design dashboards, automate reporting, and support AI‑enabled solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze structured datasets to extract business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Write complex SQL queries, create database views, and ensure data quality.
• Build and support Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio agents for AI‑driven solutions.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with digital technology and data engineering teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA).
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
