About the role
Postman is looking for a senior backend engineer to lead the Automation Testing team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building and scaling API load‑testing capabilities, owning product decisions, architecture, reliability and performance while collaborating closely with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, build and ship end‑to‑end automation testing features.
- Partner with product and customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Own the architecture, reliability and performance of large‑scale load‑testing runs.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise overall quality standards.
- Represent the team in design reviews and customer‑facing discussions.
