About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced professional to manage requirements, provide technical support and drive test activities for Siemens Teamcenter and Autodesk Inventor within its PLM ecosystem. The role is full‑time, based onsite in Bangalore, and requires strong troubleshooting, incident management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and application‑specific support for Teamcenter and Inventor users.
Lead the Teamcenter key‑user community, communicate platform changes and handle ITIL‑based tickets in ServiceNow.
Perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate with corporate IT and functional units to resolve incidents.
Collaborate with BMG/BDO and other departments to close tickets within SLA.
Update training material and documentation during platform version upgrades.
Execute and document functional tests during Teamcenter upgrades and assist the PO in requirements hand‑over.

Eligibility

BE/B.Tech or MCA in Computer Science/Information Science.
Minimum 5 years of experience administering Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
5‑10 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor.
5‑10 years of IT support experience, preferably using ServiceNow.
At least 5 years of ITIL‑based incident and problem management.
Fluent English (C‑level); German is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in C#.NET, C++ or Java (C#.NET preferred).
Teamcenter SOA API usage and optional AWC web‑UI development.
Teamcenter ITK and workflow modelling.
Version control concepts.
ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL processes.
Strong communication and conflict‑management abilities.
