About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Verification Engineer to work on ARM‑based CPU and SoC projects in Bengaluru. You will design verification plans, build testbenches and collaborate with design teams to ensure functional correctness of AI‑focused silicon.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute verification plans for ARM CPU subsystems and SoCs.
  • Develop UVM/SystemVerilog and C‑based testbench components.
  • Work closely with architecture and design groups to validate micro‑architectural features.
  • Debug complex RTL, interconnect and system‑level issues.
  • Enhance verification strategies by integrating AI‑accelerated workflows.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CPU verification.
  • Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and verification methodologies.

Skills

ARM architecture expertise.CPU/SoC verification experience.Proficiency with UVM, SystemVerilog and C.Problem‑solving and debugging skills.Effective communication and teamwork.
