About the role

Neurealm is looking for a senior DevOps engineer to lead platform reliability and automation for its large‑scale enterprise environment. The role focuses on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on GCP, Kubernetes operations, and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus/Artifact Registry and enforce quality gates with SonarQube.
  • Develop and support monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions with Splunk and New Relic.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations, handle incident triage, escalation and post‑incident reviews.
  • Manage GCP resources and Kubernetes/GKE clusters, including deployments, scaling and troubleshooting.
  • Automate tasks and tooling using Shell and Python scripts.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and document runbooks.

Eligibility

  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues and environment instability.
  • Experience with ITSM/change management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Skills

  • Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus/Artifact Registry, SonarQube.
  • Splunk, New Relic for monitoring and alerting.
  • Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes/GKE operational knowledge.
  • Shell and Python scripting for automation.
