About the role

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain endpoint management agents for Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile platforms. The role focuses on system‑level programming, improving reliability, performance and security of the agents that protect millions of endpoints worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new features for cross‑platform endpoint agents.
  • Develop components for monitoring, automation, patching and inventory collection.
  • Write clean, well‑tested, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve customer‑reported issues and production escalations.
  • Collaborate with product, support, cloud, platform and QA teams on design and implementation.
  • Enhance agent stability, scalability, telemetry and diagnostics.
