About the role

Netomi is seeking a DevOps Engineer to partner with the product engineering team, ensuring cloud‑native systems run reliably and are continuously delivered. The position is fully remote and focuses on Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and service‑mesh integration.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters with RBAC and performance tuning.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker or similar tools.
  • Create and version Helm charts for Kubernetes applications.
  • Integrate and operate service‑mesh solutions such as Istio or Linkerd, handling traffic management and observability.
  • Develop automation scripts in Python, Ruby or Go for provisioning, monitoring and debugging.
  • Apply chaos‑engineering practices to test system resilience (bonus).

Eligibility

  • Minimum two years of professional experience in DevOps or a related discipline.

Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service‑mesh technologies.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD or Spinnaker.
  • Infrastructure‑as‑code expertise with Terraform and Amazon ECS.
  • Programming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby or Golang.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and networking concepts.
