About the role

As a Software Engineer III focusing on Agentic AI, you will lead the creation and delivery of multi‑agent solutions on MRI Software’s Agora Orchestrator platform. The position blends deep Python expertise with hands‑on experience in large language model (LLM) pipelines, Azure cloud services, and modern web frameworks to build robust, production‑grade AI orchestration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration using LangGraph, handling state, checkpointing, and human‑in‑the‑loop flows.
  • Author and maintain MCP servers, defining tool schemas, authentication, error contracts, and versioning.
  • Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including retrieval strategy, hybrid search, reranking, and evaluation.
  • Build the agent evaluation and observability stack, integrating tracing, App Insights, token/cost telemetry, and failure‑mode analysis.
  • Deploy and operate agents on Azure Foundry Agent Service and Azure Functions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead design reviews, and establish engineering standards for the team.

Eligibility
