About the role
TVS Next is looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, build and scale enterprise‑grade AI/ML solutions. You will create predictive models, serve them via APIs, and ensure they run reliably on cloud‑native platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines and production‑ready model‑serving APIs.
- Develop, train and optimise models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and scikit‑learn.
- Implement MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Deploy solutions with Docker, CI/CD and cloud services (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code‑review sessions.
- Stay updated on Generative AI, LLMs and emerging cloud technologies.
Eligibility
- 5–8 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Python and SQL.
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI applications.
Skills
- Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit‑learn, NumPy, Pandas.
- FastAPI or Flask for building RESTful services.
- Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Solid understanding of MLOps, model monitoring and drift management.
