About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Virtual Network Operator to join its 24x7 AV operations team. You will monitor meeting‑room AV and Microsoft Teams Room infrastructure, respond to alerts, perform first‑line diagnostics and execute approved remote remediation while ensuring incidents are tracked and escalated correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Watch AV and Teams Room devices via Utelogy U‑Manage and other monitoring tools, triaging alerts and distinguishing real incidents from noise.
  • Log, categorize and prioritize incidents in ServiceNow, following SLA and escalation guidelines.
  • Run approved troubleshooting steps, restart services or devices, and verify that issues are fully resolved before closing.
  • Escalate complex problems to subject‑matter experts, network teams or on‑site engineers with clear diagnostic information.
  • Maintain incident ownership, communicate status to stakeholders, and contribute feedback to knowledge articles and runbooks.
  • Identify recurring alert patterns and raise them for problem‑management review.

Eligibility

  • 1‑3 years of experience in virtual network or AV operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware and software components.
  • Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of IP networking concepts and device health monitoring.
