About the role

HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates for a full‑time Desk Side Services Administrator in Bengaluru. The role involves providing on‑site and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices, handling asset management, and assisting with user onboarding and off‑boarding.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on‑site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software and connectivity issues across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update macOS and Windows workstations, including software installations and configuration.
  • Track hardware and software assets, perform monthly reconciliations and ensure license compliance.
  • Support printing, Teams communications, and meeting‑room infrastructure in collaboration with vendors.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create learning resources for productivity tools.
  • Assist with procurement, proactive tech refresh, and lifecycle management of devices.

Eligibility

  • Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch (any discipline).
  • No prior work experience required.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience or willingness to learn ServiceNow, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence and Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP validation and static IP assignment.
  • Good communication skills for user training and vendor coordination.
