About the role

GoKwik is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Level I) to join its fast‑growing SaaS platform that powers thousands of D2C and eCommerce merchants. Based in Gurgaon, the role focuses on building reliable, scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, and supporting production systems that handle billions of dollars in GMV.

Responsibilities

Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes and scripting.
Participate in on‑call rotations, resolve incidents quickly and lead blameless post‑mortems.
Create observability artefacts such as dashboards, alerts and tracing to anticipate issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to architect resilient services.
Research and introduce new tools and practices that improve speed and safety of deployments.

Eligibility

1‑4 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE or CloudOps roles.
Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking and distributed systems.
Comfortable with on‑call ownership and incident debugging.

Skills

Proficiency with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.Infrastructure as code using Terraform.Container orchestration with Kubernetes.CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Scripting in Python, Go or Shell.Linux system administration.
