About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an Intune Infrastructure Specialist to lead endpoint management across enterprise environments. Based in Hyderabad (with a presence in Bangalore), you will work in a hybrid setting, combining hands‑on implementation with strategic planning for Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and Group Policy migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure and optimise Microsoft Intune for large‑scale device fleets.
  • Manage the full endpoint lifecycle – enrollment, app deployment, compliance policies, OS updates and Windows administration.
  • Support Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and drive migration from traditional GPO to cloud‑native controls.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure and cloud teams to improve endpoint security, governance and audit readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, automate repetitive tasks and mentor junior staff.

Eligibility

  • Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and Group Policy administration.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint ecosystems, Autopilot and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with CMDB and ITSM tools.
  • Growth mindset, customer‑centric attitude and ability to work inclusively across teams.
