About the role
Genpact is looking for an Engineer to join its Infrastructure Services team in Hyderabad. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on keeping the company’s IT backbone reliable, secure, and up‑to‑date. You will work with a diverse set of technologies, support end‑users, and contribute to large‑scale AI‑enabled initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the health of servers, networks, and cloud platforms to guarantee high availability.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, documenting root‑cause analyses.
- Execute routine maintenance activities such as patching, backups, and system updates.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to roll out new tools and improve existing infrastructure.
- Produce and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement security controls and continuously monitor for cyber threats.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in English (C2 level).
