About the role

Genpact is looking for a Technical Associate to support cloud and infrastructure services. The role works in a hybrid setting from Hyderabad, helping design, deploy and maintain network and server platforms while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and structure technical and functional requirements for infrastructure solutions.
  • Assist architects in designing, developing, testing and delivering IT infrastructure projects.
  • Follow standard checklists, document integrations and mitigate implementation risks.
  • Install, configure and maintain servers, networks and related services.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, document procedures and provide status updates to project managers.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology or Network Engineering.
  • Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2).
