About the role

Genpact is looking for an Analyst in Process Analytics focused on Claims and Underwriting. The position is remote and part of the Domain Analytics team that helps insurers manage risk through data‑driven insights. You will work with insurance‑specific tools, transform raw exposure data, and support underwriters by ensuring data quality and generating actionable analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Review submissions from underwriters, verify completeness, and follow up for missing information.
  • Convert client‑provided Excel data into AIR/RMS or proprietary formats.
  • Code COPE information and import exposure data into AIR/RMS.
  • Geo‑code locations and analyse exposure patterns.
  • Interpret slips and binders to extract terms and conditions.
  • Produce insights that improve risk management based on client data.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Master’s in Data Science.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate B1 level or higher).

Skills

  • Catastrophe modeling and risk management knowledge.
  • SQL scripting experience (preferred).
  • VBA macro development for Excel automation.
  • Familiarity with RMS/AIR – Touchstone tools.
  • Advanced MS Excel capabilities.
