About the role

Gartner is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Systems team in Gurgaon. The role involves creating, maintaining and delivering strategic and tactical reports, dashboards and data insights that support business growth and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean and transform data from spreadsheets, data warehouses or databases.
  • Design, develop and test Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain system information such as territory alignments and lead data.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and annual analytical reports for business leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely data solutions.
  • Respond promptly to data requests from senior leadership.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • 1‑3 years of professional experience in a data analytics role.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Skills

  • Advanced Power BI proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive projects while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
