Ventra Health is actively hiring an Intern – Data Analyst for the Chennai office, opening doors for freshers to launch their careers in healthcare data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse healthcare billing, claims, and operational data to surface insights for client engagements.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and BI tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues by working with operations and technology teams.
• Write SQL queries to extract data from healthcare databases and validate report accuracy.
• Help maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track revenue cycle KPIs.

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BSc, BCom, BBA, or equivalent).
• Batch Year: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basic SQL queries, and any BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to spot data anomalies.
• Good English communication skills to coordinate with US-based stakeholders.
