About the role

Genpact is looking for enthusiastic interns to support business strategy and analytics initiatives in Hyderabad. You will work on real‑world projects, conduct market research, assist in strategy implementation, and prepare insights for senior leaders while gaining exposure to AI‑driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyse emerging trends.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Eligible batch years: 2026‑2029.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data analytics fundamentals and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
