About the role

Genpact is looking for an Analyst in Domain Analytics with a focus on actuarial work. Based in Gurgaon and operating in a hybrid model, you will apply statistical techniques and AI‑driven methods to help insurance clients forecast trends, price products and stay compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to anticipate future market movements.
  • Review existing insurance policies and suggest data‑backed adjustments.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to design financial plans and pricing strategies.
  • Interpret regulatory guidelines and ensure all solutions meet industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
