About the role
Genpact is looking for an Analyst in Domain Analytics for Sales & Marketing. The position works in a hybrid setting from Mumbai and supports commercial operations by analysing sales data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor and improve sales processes and strategies.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align objectives.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvement solutions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and deployment of sales tools.
