About the role
Galaxy Digital is hiring an Associate Software Development Engineer in Test to join its Mumbai office. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated test frameworks for APIs, backend services, web and mobile applications, and blockchain‑integrated components. You will help shape quality strategy, work closely with developers and DevOps, and contribute to a high‑impact crypto‑focused product suite.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and sustain automation frameworks for API, UI and blockchain testing.
- Define quality strategy, including test planning, coverage analysis and release readiness.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps and product managers to embed testability early in the development cycle.
- Analyze test outcomes and production incidents to drive systemic improvements.
- Build CI/CD‑integrated test pipelines that provide rapid feedback.
- Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate test creation and code analysis.

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or software development in test.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile, cross‑functional teams.
Skills
- Proficient in Python (primary) and familiar with JavaScript, Java or Go.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Pytest, Selenium, Playwright or Postman/Newman.
- Solid understanding of API testing, microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with Git, GitHub workflows and CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with monitoring and tracing tools like Datadog, Grafana or Prometheus.
