Procurement Analyst (Freshers)

About the role

Flex is looking for fresh graduates to join as Procurement Analysts in Pune. The role involves supporting the procurement and supply‑chain team by handling purchase orders, maintaining vendor data, and analysing spend patterns using standard office tools. Candidates will gain exposure to a global manufacturing environment while developing core procurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Support spend analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Prepare basic procurement documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.

Eligibility

• Educational qualification: Diploma or B.Com / B.B.A / B.Sc.
• Experience: 0‑2 years in procurement or supply‑chain (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
