Associate - Insurance P&C Claims

About the role

Genpact is looking for fresh graduates to join its Insurance P&C Claims team in Gurgaon. You will interact with clients, assess their auto insurance needs, process policy updates, and ensure smooth claim handling while collaborating with agents and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Address client queries related to auto insurance policies and provide clear information.
• Assess insurance requirements and suggest suitable coverage options.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, policy modifications, and resolutions for audit purposes.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, or a Master's in Statistics.
• Relevant certifications such as AIC, CFE, CIC, or CPCU are a plus.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
