Associate Analyst, RFP

About the role

The Associate Analyst will support due‑diligence activities for digital platforms and standard client questionnaires, preparing, editing and delivering responses. The role involves research on Invesco’s product suite, maintaining asset‑class knowledge and collaborating with the Delivery Strategy Operations team. Ideal for recent graduates interested in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely responses for digital due‑diligence platforms and repeatable client questionnaires.
• Follow established procedures for file management and project closure.
• Own project deliverables, ensuring relevance, correctness and proper formatting before peer review.
• Identify and implement process enhancements using automation tools and online submission systems.
• Build and sustain strong knowledge of Invesco’s investment products and asset classes.
• Review and mentor work of teammates once expertise is attained.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English or Liberal Arts; exposure to economics or finance is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing the CFA Investment Foundations certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and collaborate both independently and in a team.
