About the role

Epiq is looking for a CLM Software Consultant / Configuration Engineer to design, configure, and optimise contract‑lifecycle‑management platforms for enterprise clients. The position is fully remote, full‑time and targets professionals with several years of hands‑on CLM implementation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Configure workflows, templates, approval hierarchies, business rules and notifications within CLM tools.
  • Set up and manage user roles, permissions and security settings.
  • Collaborate with analysts, technical leads and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CLM configurations.
  • Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions, design workshops, testing and deployment activities.
  • Validate configurations for functionality, compliance and performance, and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Document configuration details and support user training, UAT, go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4‑6 years of professional experience, including at least two full‑lifecycle CLM implementations.

Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with leading CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Malbek or Leah (formerly ContractPodAi).
  • Strong ability to configure workflows, templates, approval processes, clause libraries, business rules, forms, roles and permissions.
  • Understanding of CLM best practices, contract workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills for working with legal, procurement and technical teams.
