About the role
The Automation Engineer will join the APAC Automation Solutions Team to design, build, and support intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, Python, Azure AI and modern CI/CD practices. The position works closely with stakeholders and senior engineers to deliver enterprise‑scale automation for various business functions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy reusable UiPath and Python automation components.
- Build web‑automation flows with Playwright and integrate them with Azure services.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated releases.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and performance standards.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through trainings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA or software development.
Skills
- Hands‑on expertise with UiPath and its REFramework.
- Strong Python programming for scripting, APIs and AI integration.
- Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Playwright for web automation.
- Understanding of AI‑enabled automation such as Azure OpenAI, Document Understanding and Human‑in‑the‑Loop solutions.
