Dentsu Group Inc. is a Japanese multinational advertising and marketing services company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan that operates a global network of advertising, media planning and buying, public relations, customer experience management, creative, data, and commerce agencies across more than 145 countries. The group serves consumer-brand, technology, financial services, automotive, healthcare, and public-sector clients with services spanning campaign creation, media investment, customer-data platforms, marketing technology, e-commerce, content, sponsorship, and sports marketing.

The company traces its origins to 1901 when Hoshiro Mitsunaga founded Telegraphic Service Co. and Japan Advertising Ltd. in Tokyo, which were merged in 1907 to form Nihon Denpo-Tsushin Sha, the predecessor of Dentsu. Over the twentieth century Dentsu grew into Japan's largest advertising agency. In 2013 Dentsu acquired Aegis Group plc to form Dentsu Aegis Network, and in 2020 the group reorganised under the Dentsu International brand, integrating its agency networks under the Dentsu Creative, Carat, dentsu X, iProspect, Merkle, and Dentsu Tracking brands. The parent company Dentsu Group Inc. is publicly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
