About the role

HealthAsyst is seeking a Senior Database Developer to design, develop, and optimise SQL Server databases for its healthcare‑technology solutions. The role involves performance tuning, schema design, and supporting production environments, with a hybrid work model based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL Server database objects, including tables, stored procedures, functions and indexes.
Perform performance tuning and query optimisation using tools such as Profiler, Extended Events and DMVs.
Design database schemas and data models that align with business requirements.
Handle production support, automate routine tasks and refactor legacy database code.
Monitor and optimise OS, storage and database configurations for high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with ETL developers and participate in agile Scrum ceremonies.

Eligibility
