About the role

The company is looking for a Generative AI Engineer who will design and deliver advanced LLM‑based, multimodal and agentic solutions. Working from Pune, the candidate will collaborate with engineering, data science and CX teams to create production‑grade AI services that power customer engagement for global brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop conversational and non‑conversational AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
  • Design AI workflows that incorporate reasoning, planning, tool use, memory and external system integration.
  • Build knowledge‑graph‑enhanced retrieval systems and ensure safety through evaluation and guardrails.
  • Convert models into scalable APIs and micro‑services with Python, FastAPI/Flask and Docker, and deploy them on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Collaborate with MLOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring and automated evaluation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, document experiments and contribute to reusable AI components.
