About the role

The role involves creating, testing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. You will build both attended and unattended flows, integrate them with cloud services, and ensure they run reliably across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows with Power Automate Desktop.
Integrate desktop flows with Power Automate Cloud for end‑to‑end automation.
Utilize UI automation, image recognition, and OCR for complex interactions.
Automate tasks in Excel, Outlook, SAP, browsers and other enterprise tools.
Configure triggers, schedules, error handling and manage bots via gateways.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise existing automations.
Document designs, processes and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with analysts, IT teams and end users to meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with data security and RPA governance standards.

Skills

Power Platform suite (Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps).
Dataverse and integration capabilities.
Automation concepts such as UI automation, OCR and image recognition.
CI/CD and ALM practices for bot deployment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
