About the role

The Cyber Defense Engineering – Endpoint Protection team is looking for a skilled engineer to help configure, deploy and maintain endpoint security agents across Windows, Linux and macOS devices. You will ensure full deployment, health monitoring and policy compliance while supporting migrations to next‑generation AV/EDR platforms.

Responsibilities

Deploy, upgrade and troubleshoot endpoint security agents on Windows, Linux and macOS endpoints.
Assist with enterprise‑wide AV/EDR migrations, maintaining coverage during transitions.
Configure and maintain prevention, detection, response, device control and firewall policies.
Monitor agent health, resolve non‑compliant endpoints, and manage Tier 1/2 ticket queues.
Tune AV/EDR exclusions in collaboration with system owners to reduce false positives.
Document procedures and update the internal knowledge base.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in IT security, systems support or engineering.
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux and macOS internals.
Basic proficiency in at least two scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Good communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
