About the role

CloudSEK is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead high‑impact design initiatives for its AI‑driven cybersecurity suite. Based in Bangalore, you will own end‑to‑end design for complex B2B features, mentor junior designers, and shape the product experience through research, data, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complete design cycles from problem definition to high‑fidelity mockups and live prototypes.
  • Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user insights into intuitive interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures visual and interaction consistency.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership, advocating for user‑centered solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and help elevate design processes across the team.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work and systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, prototyping, and handoff.
  • Hands‑on experience building live prototypes with AI coding tools.
  • Proven ability to create and evolve design systems.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with front‑end basics such as HTML, CSS, and React to collaborate effectively with engineers.
