About the role

Rippling is seeking a senior Product Lead to own its UI Platform, driving design systems, modular components, and AI‑enabled UI frameworks across more than 40 enterprise products. The role is based onsite in Bangalore and requires deep technical and product expertise.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmap for design systems, components, and UI frameworks covering traditional, server‑driven, and generative UI.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to create UX patterns and tooling that accelerate product development.
Engage with product teams to gather needs, promote adoption, and ensure extensibility of shared UI assets.
Lead the creation of AI‑focused UI frameworks that enable coding agents to generate and test interactive experiences.
Oversee UI tooling, SDKs, documentation, and debugging utilities for both developers and AI agents.
Measure success via developer adoption, build speed, and consistency, accessibility, performance, and reliability of the platform.

Eligibility

Minimum 8 years of product management or engineering experience.
Proven track record building platform products or developer tools used by multiple teams.
Strong product judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward simple, intuitive experiences.
Ability to motivate cross‑functional teams and drive execution.

Skills

JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
Experience with mobile web and UI framework development.
Understanding of design systems, modular component architecture, and server‑driven UI.
Familiarity with AI‑driven generative UI concepts.
