Senior Design Engineer

About the role

RevenueCat is seeking a Senior Design Engineer who will blend product design and frontend engineering to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready experiences for its mobile monetization platform. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work with a global team of 150+ engineers and designers, shaping the look and feel of features that handle billions of dollars in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Translate design concepts from Figma into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Own end‑to‑end implementation of UI components, ensuring performance, accessibility, and visual fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to fill specification gaps and make informed trade‑offs.
• Contribute to and evolve the shared design system and component library.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for high‑quality craftsmanship across the product.

Eligibility

• Proven experience building production‑grade UI in complex product environments.
• Strong design judgment with expertise in layout, typography, motion, and responsiveness.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and reason about state, architecture, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration.
• Comfort with modern tooling, including AI‑assisted development.
