Backend Developer

About the role

The position focuses on industrial operations engineering, where you will design, manage and enhance processes related to procurement, supply chain, facilities engineering and maintenance. You will also lead project and change management initiatives to drive industrial transformations for Capgemini Engineering clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve industrial operation processes, including procurement and supply chain.
• Oversee facilities engineering and maintenance activities.
• Lead project and change management for industrial transformation projects.
• Interpret client requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Identify straightforward problems and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and interact with customers.

Eligibility

• Experienced professionals with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills

• Node.js, Java, JavaScript programming.
• Version control using Git.
• Strong algorithmic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.
