Software Engineer (Dashboard)

About the role

Browserbase is looking for a senior software engineer to own and evolve its Dashboard – the primary interface customers use to manage authentication, billing, observability and rich visualisations. The role blends front‑end craftsmanship with back‑end problem solving to deliver a seamless, data‑driven experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and scale the Dashboard and overall web presence of Browserbase.
• Create complex UI components and data visualisations that simplify large‑scale information.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure the Dashboard clearly showcases product capabilities.
• Define, scope and prioritise roadmap items that enhance user experience.
• Champion best practices for front‑end performance, accessibility and code maintainability.
• Document work and share knowledge within the engineering team.

Skills

• Deep experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Full‑stack background including Node.js, API development and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building data‑heavy applications like analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility and performance optimisation.
